"The room was very nice. The restaurant service, however, was horrible. We experienced extremely long delays for everything - ordering, food delivery, and especially receiving the bill so we could pay. It was so bad we didn't dare have breakfast there the next morning for fear of missing our flight. "

"The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. Weird issue with the credit card being declined at check in. The restaurant/bar is noisy at night but we couldn’t hear it in our room. Beds were comfortable and coffee, tea and water provided. Room was always too warm, luckily the window opened. Bathroom was spacious. Overall a decent stay."

"I was very upset as big name of Holiday inn hotel I came by train from Rotterdam to Brussels by train in airport I was waiting for shuttle bus almost 1 hour waiting outside in cold . After I took taxi to hotel . Cost me money to get to hotel they should have shuttle every 30 mins in this kind of hotel . Very upset "

"Very clean, comfortable hotel. Quiet room, comfortable bed. No extras but was still comfy. Quite small but fine for what we needed. First reception person was ok. But not very helpful. We arrived an hour early and she wanted to charge us 50 euros to check in early. The second reception person was lovely literally 30 minutes later. Checked us in no problem. Coffee machine in the lobby was not working. Apparently you could get coffee on another level but we didn’t try as we did not buy breakfast. Overall great hotel centre of the city great location."

"It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere and I liked the ambiance of the hotel along with spaciousness of the suite we stayed at, it was very nicely designed also but unfortunately the suite had a sewage smell in it! The moment we entered the suite the smell was there and nothing could be done about it since we only had room for one night & hotel was completely booked! "
