Breakfast was delicious - a basket of traditional European breakfast staples - including a chocolate croissant, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice and much more. "They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam "

"We had a great 3 night stay at Boutique B&B Graaf. Rooms are unique and location is great, as you can easily walk to the city center in short time. Hosts are very friendly and having possibility to use sauna in the inner yard is great addition. We will definitely stay again if we get back to Ghent! Place doesn't have many reviews here at hotels.com, but it is legit and very cool place to stay, so we highly recommend! "

"What a lovely time at the Liman hotel. Our check-in experience was positively delightful with Clement who not only made the process smooth, quick, and straightforward, but the man was truly hilarious and had us laughing hysterically. Would stay here again just to interact with him. Further, they were soft opening the new rooftop lounge and they let us take a look before they closed for the night.. the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and this new rooftop is going to be a stunner! The room was fantastic, the perfect space for us with a charming design. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend Liman!!!"
