"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! "DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL HERE. We had a booking confirmed and turned up and told no booking. They know nothing about it they said (even told they do not use hotels.com) so had to leave now trying to get money back. "
