Shower head didn't work properly when we came in

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We recently stayed at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the heart of the Strip, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel itself has a fun, energetic vibe and a unique Hollywood theme that makes the whole place feel exciting and different from other resorts. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern with amazing views of the Strip. The beds were super comfortable, and the Hollywood memorabilia throughout the hotel added a fun touch. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We loved the pool area — it was lively but not overcrowded, with great drink service and plenty of loungers. The casino was vibrant and had a good variety of table games and slots. Plus, being connected to the Miracle Mile Shops meant we had tons of great restaurants and stores just steps away. Overall, Planet Hollywood delivered a fantastic Vegas experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, centrally located, and energetic hotel on the Strip!

Very clean and the staff was amazing

Overall was clean and great rooms but was giving the running around when checking in tried to pay resort fees with cash and was declined. The registration girl had to keep going to Manger and calling instead of them to come help i felt unwelcomed at this point. The girl was very patient but they need more management that care about customer service. I had to put it on my card after and they also wanted to decline the food credits I received when booking the package. It was too much back and forth that could of been avoided and was told we had a vip stay but lies didn't apply to me only.At this point i was over it and will not come back here.
