"When we first arrived the desk clerk was so helpful and courteous. The next morning I didn't know how to use the waffle-maker, and the sweet girl at the desk came over and showed me how to work it. Even the guy who was cleaning the rooms was pleasant to me. He told me he likeed my truck. WONDERFUL SERVICE ALL AROUND!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sun City Festival for the month of March and Kevin and Melissa were great hosts. The home was beautifully furnished, clean and had great amenities. The kitchen had every appliance one could ever want and was well stocked. Check in and out was easy and Kevin and Melissa were extremely accommodating whenever we had a need or a question. Having the golf cart was a real bonus as it allowed two of us to go our separate ways. Sun City Festival has a lot of terrific activities and we were able to enjoy everything the community has to offer. We would certainly rent this same home if we return. This is the best VRBO we have ever rented. "

"The house was not very clean. Found dirt and food under couch and floor under table. The backyard had weeds thigh high and cigarette butts on the ground. The patio furniture was cheap and not very comfortable. Bathroom floor had hair and dirt in every corner. I prefer not to have to clean before using. "
