"This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."

"We had a great time at Piz Ot. Very clean and good location. Excellent breakfast and the friendly staff made sure you started everyday with a smile on your face. Beds are a bit on the hard side but that does not take away from the overall impression."

"A group of us spend 4 nights at the property and would gladly come back given the high quality of the rooms and common areas. The spa was amazing and the pool a great addition for those ski-sore muscles. Bus to the pistes is meters from the main entrance and there are a couple of shops to rent material nearby. Breakfast was plentiful but the same every day. Dinner could be better since 1) it rarely had local specialties instead trying to be too original 2) it is too expensive to bring outsiders...

"Wir waren zu zweit für zwei Nächte im Hotel Panorama. Das Bad welches so prominent im Bild steht ist zwar im Preis inbegriffen, jedoch nicht im Haus sondern einige Schritte entfernt im anderen Hotel. Wenn wir länger geblieben wären, hätten wir uns ein grösseres Zimmer gewünscht - für die zwei Nächte war es perfekt."
