Bellerive 01 - Villa on Lake Murten with breathtaking views

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of Lake Murten. The villa is located in a very quiet area and has two bedrooms. It is ideal for a relaxing stay or for holiday. The house is situated in a dead end street. This ensures that there is no traffic noise. On the other hand, this makes access by public transport very difficult. It is therefore recommended that guests have their own vehicle for the stay.

The villa has a large terrace with a view on the Alps and the lake of Morat. There is also a petanque court, two closed garages and two parking spaces in front of the garages.

Inside, the villa is equipped with everything you need. Bath linen, bed linen, kitchen linen, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.

We are at your disposal during your stay and if something is missing we will gladly take the information to complete the equipment of the villa.

The villa is located about 5 minutes drive from Lake Murten and the natural sandy beach of Salavaux, which is the longest freshwater beach in Europe.

Under the accommodation there is a studio with a tenant.

Petanque court, garage, terrace etc...
You will have access to the whole villa, except for the studio which is under the villa.

I am available throughout your stay by telephone.

The neighborhood is very quiet.

The area is very quiet. There is no main road around the house.

It is recommended that guests have their own means of transportation for the stay.
