Two elegant double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, are situated on the first floor. One of them opens directly onto the lovely balcony, from where you can enjoy the magnificent view in complete privacy. The third double bedroom is on the ground floor, with a further separate bathroom. The bright and airy open-plan living and dining area dominates this space, with generous patio doors that let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views. It adjoins a modern, fully equipped kitchen, so you can try your hand at preparing some of the regional recipes – perhaps even fresh oysters and mussels from the nearby Lim Bay.

And if you don’t feel like cooking, there are even four restaurants within walking distance, serving delicious regional specialities. Villa Rotonda enjoys a convenient location on the road that leads directly to the magical Lim Bay, as well as to the picturesque fishing village of Vrsar and its magnificent beaches. This charming little village, with its rich historical heritage, overlooks an archipelago of 18 islands resting on the vast blue sea. It is a paradise for sailors, but skydiving, paragliding and scenic flights are also on offer, along with many other options for an active holiday. If you enjoy hiking, cycling and horse riding, the stunning countryside awaits you. The Lim Bay Nature Reserve is a famous shellfish and fish farm, as well as a popular spot for free-climbing enthusiasts. In the hinterland, you’ll find the beautiful Kontija Forest Reserve, as well as a number of charming, authentic towns and villages. But whatever your plans, you really must visit Istria’s famous gems, Poreč and Rovinj.
