"Wir durften eine Woche in diesem schönen urigen kroatischen Ferienhaus verbringen. Am Anreisetag begrüßte uns der Vermieter mit ein paar kroatischen Leckereien und kalten Getränken. Schnell fühlten wir uns herzlich aufgenommen. Sogar Kuchen brachten die Besitzer bei einem Besuch vorbei. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sauber, der Pool angenehm warm und durch die Abdeckung sehr sauber. Senj mit wunderschöner Altstadt und Einkaufsläden ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. "As soon as we walked into this house we were blown away. We have stayed in a lot of villas across the world and this has by far been the best. The attention to detail made it feel like a home from home. Boris, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended lots of lovely restaurants and places to visit. "Das Ferienhaus ist mit Liebe ausgestattet und man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Meerblick und der Garten sind super schön. Crikvenica selbst ist ein Ort der alles nötige zum erholen hat. Loredana ist super hilfsbereit und hat uns einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus zur Verfügung gestellt. Das ist wirklich das einzige Manko an dem Haus, dass es keinen eigenen Parkplatz besitzt, aber man kann wirklich alles zu Fuß gut erreichen. "

"Det ene soveværelse manglede møblement, sengeborde og skab. Dårlig lugt i et badeværelse og et køkkenskab. Bar lidt præg af at ejerne var i gang med istandsættelse af huset. Dejligt nyt poolområde. Venlige værter som var hjælpsomme de få gange det var nødvendigt. Vi havde overordnet set en dejlig ferie."

"The house features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is very well equipped. The stand out feature is the pool area with outside kitchen The house is built to a modern and very high standard. Gordan was great at explaining everything and made us feel very welcome The only point I would make is that the house is in the mountains and you have to drive up steep and narrow roads which might not be for everyone"

"Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage von Bribier ungefähr 150m (50 Höhenmeter) unterhalb des Dorfzentrums entfernt. Dort befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und zwei Kneipen. Wir haben sie nicht probiert, aber in einer gibt es wohl Pizza. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück geht über einen sehr steilen Straßenstummel. Mit einem Heckantriebs-Kombi konnten wir mit Augenmaß auf den Hof fahren, für einen VW-Bus oder Vito wäre es sehr knapp, das die Zufahr mit Steinmauern eingefasst ist. Leider hat man nicht...

"What can we say…the property is absolutely amazing. All you can wish for is available. The kids loved the pool, the house has airco in all the rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, Great beds…and the best of all are the hosts. They live across the street and made sure our stay was lovely! They are lovely people. The river Kolpa is reached in 10 minutes by foot and kids can swim there. Our kids loved it. For us this was a 10 out of 10!!"

"Das Häuschen befindet sich am Ende einer sehr schmalen Zufahrtsstraße. Ein kleines Wohnmobil hat sicher ein großes Problem nach oben zu kommen. Alles war top sauber und alles ist sehr liebevoll renoviert. Es geht innen sehr eng zu. Die Treppe ist extrem schmal und für kleinere Kinder sowie ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Ich meine, dass das Haus für 4 Personen zu klein ist. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend zum Schwimmen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Leider gab es keine Auflagen für...

Nachdem wir die Vermieterin zur Schlüsselübergabe kontaktiert haben, sagte diese die Unterkunft sei auf Grund von Eugenverwendung nicht verfügbar. Trotz bestätigter Reservierung. Müssten dann kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft Buchen, die teurer war. Die Vermieterin schob die Schuld auf die Agentur, welche wohl informiert war. Nach langem hin und hergechatte mit der Agentur haben wir den kompletten Buchungspreis zurückerhalten. Ich...
