*************************************************** ***************************************** Only 41KM from Puy du Fou, 15 minutes Anjou vineyards and its tasting cellars, 1h30 from the Vendée beaches, 5km from a nautical base with a lake, this charming house welcomes you for your holidays and offers you a comfortable stay in a green setting of 1 8 hectare for your walks, fishing, bike rides in the hedged farmland, hikes and any activity that you like. You can discover natural parks, and attend the numerous cultural events of Deux Sèvres programmed for the season.
If you want to relax on vacation, adopt the green attitude, rock yourself to the sound of flowing water and make memories and photos of unforgettable holidays this house is the place for your vacation.
It offers 5 bedrooms with all the comforts, one with a four-poster bed, a lounge to relax and a games room with books for your children.
The bedrooms all have a dresser, wardrobe, bedside tables and bench.
The kitchen with dining area will be a friendly, comfortable and functional space to meet with family and / or with your friends.
This large house of 230 m2 also offers a large fully equipped terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) for your outdoor meals with views of the river lulled by the murmur of the water.

3 jours en famille dans cette belle maison de campagne , loin des bruits de la ville , avec seulement des vaches et des oiseaux dans le voisinage . Se promener et courir autour du cours d'eau qui longe la propriété, grands espaces autour de la maison comme terrain de jeux pour les plus jeunes , belle terrasse pour prendre nos repas , karaoké , danses et farniente . Lorsqu'on a des petits enfants, faire très attention à la route, les voitures passent à grande allure ,nécessité de fermer le portail . Lieu idéal pour des rassemblements familiaux .

Une maison plein de charme

Malgré l'hiver, ses journées courtes et ses arbres dénudés, la maison et son jardin garde un charme certain. Grande, bien agencée et bien équipée (sauna, jeux pour enfants, bonne connexion internet), elle a fait le bonheur de notre groupe d'amis accompagné de leurs enfants (11 au total). L'endroit est douillet, la literie de qualité, la cuisine est idéal pour bien cuisiner et les extérieurs sont charmants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour goûter aux joies du printemps ou de l'été et profiter pleinement des extérieurs. Rajoutez à cela des propriétaires délicieux et arrangeants, nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce gite.

une belle maison pour séjourner en famille

Un agréable séjour dans cette maison a l'allure charmante, très spacieuse. Le terrain autour est immense. Nous étions neuf mais aurions pu être douze. Les sdb sont très bien équipées ainsi que la cuisine, et la terrasse au dessus de la rivière est superbe : on est environné d'arbres magnifiques, et la vigne court le long de la balustrade.
