Cleaning quality varied depending on who was on duty, but for a longer stay I would still highly recommend this hotel!

The space was clean, however it took forever to get anywhere. The elevator took a long time and was always packed so getting in and out with luggage was a nightmare. The lobby was on the 6th floor to check in. There was no one to greet you upon arrival. The city parking garage near the hotel wouldn’t allow me access to my car during the day so I chose a different garage that allowed me access but then that became a problem. We ended up having to lug bags through Times Square and then the hotel wouldn’t validate the parking. The pool closed at 8 pm and there was not a lot of pace to sit. The lifeguard was in charge of cleaning up towels people left and getting towels for people so they didn’t always have eyes on the pool. The woman at the desk when I arrived was less than friendly. I wouldn’t go back ever again.

"The hotel did not have a name displayed and our taxi driver could not event find it in the dark! The owner was very friendly and nice on the phone, however the lady served us was a bit nervous and with no trust to anyone... And I felt being watched all the time..."
