The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. "It was great being within the old town area, and the location very near the free bus to the castles was a real plus. The facility is getting a bit dated and the (family) room, while spacious, was not very well appointed. Breakfast was great. Navigating the hotel's underground parking garage was a bit tight."
