La Torre has a private terrace with table and chairs in the courtyard right outside the front door. A highlight is the large pool (14 x 7 metres) with equipment and storage room and comfortable sun loungers and parasols and a spacious terrace with views of the wonderful countryside. The carport with 8 parking spaces has a large photovoltaic system on the roof, which contributes to our energy requirements. The garden and lawn areas around the house allow you to move freely and settle down with seating and loungers. A barbecue invites you to rustic barbecue evenings, where you can also have breakfast in the shade of vines, sit together or read a book. A table tennis table allows for sporting activities.
La Torre (the tower) has its entrance in the inner courtyard, which you can also use as a spacious terrace. The flat is 43 square metres in size and can accommodate up to four people. It has three levels. The kitchen with dining area is on the ground floor. A short staircase leads to the small living room next door with a double sofa bed. Half a floor higher is the bedroom with a double bed (orthopaedic) and the bathroom. On the garden side, you have a view of a wonderful Tuscan panorama. The furnishings are authentic Tuscan. The kitchen furniture is made of solid walnut wood with worktops made of real granite. The equipment includes a dishwasher, a cooker with 4 ceramic hobs and an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine and a toaster as well as a hairdryer. There is air conditioning and heating and a constant central hot water supply as well as satellite TV with numerous German programmes and a stereo system with CD player. A washing machine is centrally available.
