Un vrai plus, les animaux sont acceptés et gâtés, un petit enclos permet de laisser les animaux en liberté. Très bon accueil des hôtes et la région est très belle."

"We came in this magical place for IM Vichy. The zone is very green and quiete. The unique bad news is the presenze of mosquitos in this part of France. "I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."
