"I had paid for a king bed and they gave me a room with two beds. The establishment was a little rundown but good for the price I paid. There was no Kleenex boxes. Had to use toilet paper. "

"Everything was great!! Kids loved the hot tub and the little golfing…. Only thing I will say is all the ac vents were closed to the upstairs bedrooms and once we opened them the second day the ac couldn’t keep up and it never really cooled down upstairs…. Made the nights alil not so comfortable but other then that it was a great stay and loved the house and neighborhood!!"

"Mountain View from front porch was spectacular. Stay was just as great the second time as the first time back in Aug 2025. Home perfect for family in location and overall size and amenities. On Friday night, temps had dropped so we set the thermostat to auto to warm up house and went to bed shortly after. About an hour later, an alarm sounded telling us to evacuate, although after a check of all rooms nothing was wrong. After hearing the alarm a second time, about 10 mins after the first, we contacted the fire department, as a precaution. Fire dept came out and cleared house in moments. We were back in and asleep directly after. I only share this as a thanks to the host for having this type of alert system to give guests that extra peace of mind. And to the fire dept for coming out so quickly and checking everything out. "
