The parking garage is very close to the apartment, and from there we could walk to everything we wanted to see, and leaving our car in the parking lot was not expensive. We loved Metz and would visit again! There are some steps to the apartment, it's 3rd floor, but with teens this was no problem for us."

"un service client inexistant. J'ai fait une modification et j'ai du payer double ma modification en ayant prévenue plus d'1 semaine à l'avance. Malgré mes relances au service client de l'hotel par email, telephone et lors de mon séjour aucune réponse ne m'a été faite. Quelques jours après mon séjour je reçois un email automatique s'adressant à moi comme ci j'avais simplement annulé mon séjour. On est très loin du standard attendu. "
