The holiday home is in close proximity to one of Austria's most beautiful lakes, just a few kilometers away and easily accessible. Whether you want peace by the water or adventure in the mountains – here, tranquility and nature come together in a unique way. The cottage is only a few kilometers from Lake Attersee. 

Highlight: 

Spacious living-dining-kitchen – open-plan layout with modern kitchen & peninsula, stylish cylindrical extractor hood, and plenty of space for cooking together.

Flexible sleeping arrangements – one bedroom with double bed, as well as the option to create an additional bedroom from the living room with a divider curtain – ideal for more privacy.

Perfect for home office & business travelers – fully equipped workspace with monitor, docking station, internet access – just plug in your laptop and get started



Carport – plenty of space for a car, bicycles, or sports equipment



Sunny terrace & cozy garden – perfect for relaxing, with a slide and a small playhouse for the little ones. Fire pit also available. Grill available for an extra charge.



Ideal for families – quiet cul-de-sac location, safe for playing & plenty of space for everyone. On warm summer evenings, the ice cream truck comes around 6:00 - 7:00 PM with delicious ice cream. (not guaranteed)

Das Haus ist äußerst sauber und man merkt sofort, dass die Besitzerin alles mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet hat.Sie antwortet auf jede Anfrage sehr schnell, ist stets hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Feuerschale, die den perfekten Tagesabschluss ermöglicht hat – gerade zu Silvester war das ein besonderes Highlight.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
