Beautiful home in Vodnjan

Villa Dignano is a newly built stone house with a swimming pool in the town of Vodnjan, after which the house was named.

In just a few minutes by car you can reach a supermarket, a store, a gas station and some Istrian taverns. The town of Vodnjan is known for its many cultural and historical sights.

Villa Dignano is located in a quiet area and is surrounded by a fully fenced large garden. It offers its guests a 36 m² pool, a children's playground, a covered terrace with table and chairs for dining, a barbecue and 4 parking spaces.



The villa of 250 m² is for 8 people and is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with access to the pool, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bath/toilet. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with access to the terrace and a private shower/toilet. In the second part of the house we can find another living room, equipped kitchen, shower/toilet and a double bedroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
