For shared use: property 150 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (5 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 900 m, pebble beach 1 km, rocky beach 300 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog.
