The spacious first floor of this beautiful villa has a living area, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sauna and games room with table soccer, darts and board games.

The 3 remaining bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and air conditioning as well as an en-suite bathroom, are located on the second floor. The master suite also has access to a charming balcony with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside.

Outside you will find a lovely private pool with sun loungers as well as a covered terrace with a stone barbecue and dining area for 10 people.

It's the ideal place to cool off during the day and relax in the evening when you're not exploring the surrounding area.

As it is an agricultural region, the population is mainly involved in viticulture, olive growing and livestock farming, producing olive oil, goat's cheese and other local products. The advantage of Galizana is its peaceful location in the typical Istrian countryside and its proximity to many attractive amenities just a few minutes' drive away. Some of them are the Roman amphitheater from the 1st century, the Brijuni Islands National Park with a unique golf course and a safari park, and many other cultural and tourist attractions. Find your perfect spot on a pebble, stone or sandy beach on the coast between Fazana and Valbadon, just 5 km from Galizana, or visit the rocky beaches of the Kamenjak Nature Park, the southernmost point of Istria.
