Welcome to our modern Luxury Villa Monroe with Pool near Pula, the biggest city in Istra. This beautiful 4-star mansion has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and can accommodate6persons.
The beautiful house spreads over two floors. On the ground floor, the guests can find an open-concept living and dining area as well as a richly equipped kitchen.
Elegant gray colors make the space feel inviting and are contrasted by a turquoise-blue sofa. From here you can enjoy the undisturbed view of the surrounding greenery and olive trees.
Take one step outside and you will find yourself in a lovely outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue. A perfect place for family and friends gatherings.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms on the first floor. All of them have an en-suite bathroom and a balcony.
The pool area is equipped with six beach chairs, two sun umbrellas, and an outside shower. Hot tub lovers will find an outdoor jacuzzi on the rooftop. Just imagine relaxing here while sipping on your favorite cocktail. Pool heating is 30 EUR per day.
