(55 m²) has a separate bedroom (with a double bed) and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom/toilet, and a large living room with one sofa bed (approximately 150 x 200 cm).<br> In front of the apartment is a table with chairs. There is also a rooftop terrace with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. From the terrace, you can see the sea, the harbour, and the surrounding area. Beautiful terrace—"Vodice at a Glance."<br>The kitchens in all apartments are equipped with basic cooking utensils: oven, refrigerator, freezer, stove, etc.<br>The nearest car park is about 50 metres from the house; a bit further away (150 metres), you can also park on our private property.<br> Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, other utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.), as well as a compilation of personalised tips in German (events, suggested excursions, activities, beaches, etc.) tailored to guests’ preferences and interests are included. <br>The apartment is air-conditioned, but the thick stone walls also help maintain a pleasant indoor climate. <br>Since the house was originally built in a traditional style, each apartment has only a small terrace by the entrance.<br>Guests often say that during the summer heat, the best way to cool off is either by the sea or in the shade of the house. <br>The lifestyle here is very Mediterranean and laid-back...<br>We’d be happy to provide tips in German for personalised activities in this very interesting area.<br><br><br><br><br>Beautiful rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking the entire house, with a view as if from the sky—“Vodice in the palm of your hand.” Equipped with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and a grill
