"The staff is outstanding. Everybody is nice and you feel a wish to « go the extra mile ». You want something they don’t have, the find a way. Absolutely no waiting time with the buggies as the staff are so numerous. We had such a lovely time. The resort is indeed kid friendly however the « adult zones » create a bit of a weird feeling and there are not a lot of animation like some resort. You don’t go there for the animation, you go there for the extreme serenity provided by the beauty of the place. Tips: ask for a buggy tour around the hotel. You should see everything, views are outstanding!"

"We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was perfect for our group, especially as we were travelling with three little ones under the age of three. The villa was very family-friendly, with a cot, high chair, bed safety guard, childrena€™s play area, pool, plenty of space, and air conditioning, which made our stay much more comfortable. The location was also fantastic, with a short walk to the local beach, restaurants, and shops. It was also only a short drive to Elounda, where we enjoyed exploring more restaurants, shops, and the beautiful views. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and he was always available if we had any questions or needed anything. We really appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend this villa, especially for families looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-located place to stay."

"We had a great experience at the Phaea Blue hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in virtually new condition. Food was excellent and the private beach, though pebbles (not sand) is very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to return."

"Lovely welcome from Emmanouil who couldn’t have been more helpful. We got upgraded which was nice and had a big apartment. Incredible value for money. We loved Plaka. Lots of nice restaurants and bars and not forgetting the one attached to the accomodation which was perfect for our lunch. "
