"Villa Lule was perfect in that it is modern, very well equipped and has wonderful views down to Dubrovnik. The beds are comfortable, good showers and the outside area and pool were ideal. It was also good to be able to have Sladjana and Sara's help when needed. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Lule. "

"From my experience, villas don’t often match up to the glossy photos online – but Stone Villa really did. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The place was spot on, and the views were amazing.Communication was brilliant, both before we arrived and while we were there. We had a problem with the pool heating on the first day (a Sunday), and it was sorted the very next morning.The welcome pack with wine was a lovely touch, and the fact it included vegan bits was really thoughtful – thank you!We’d been a bit worried about the border crossings, but honestly, it was fine. We crossed into Croatia a many times and popped over to Montenegro as well, and only once did we wait longer than a few minutes – about 15 minutes at their version of rush hour. It meant we got to explore three countries and even collect a few passport stamps along the way.The villa itself was fantastic, the location couldn’t have been better, and the hosts were just great. Would definitely recommend – thanks again for helping make our extened family holiday such a memorable one"

"Stayed here in July '25 with my wife and two daughters. The villa is an ideal getaway if you want a peaceful escape where you can rest and recharge.Villa Goja is a modern, well appointed and comfortable apartment. The patio is an ideal area to lounge and catch some sun, and the pool is a perfect size for all the family to play, splash and cool off. To compliment it all, the view across the hills and down to Cavtat as amazing.The villa is located just across the Bosnian border in Ivanica, so not actually in Croatia/Dubrovnik, and for the majority of the time is not busy, although we did witness some tailbacks during the weekend. Because the villa is in an quiet location, a car is essential, and we had a couple of trips to Trebinja, Dubrovnik and Cavtat. There is a local guide in the villa which provides some great recommendations for local and regional attractions to visit.As with most things, there were a couple of niggles....the hot tub was not functioning for the duration of our stay, the water pump in the villa was quite noisy whi might be an issue if you are a light sleeper, and the microwave stopped working, but as we didn't use it then it wasn't an a real issue. The Bozholidays team responded in an instant and couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay.None of the issues were a show stopper and I would recommend to anyone seeking a quiet location for some rest and relaxation. We loved it and would happily return to this stunning location."

"Great trip in a new location for our travel group. Villa was just as shown in the photos and was clean and well set up. All three bedrooms are good size, with queen beds in all. Neighborhood is beginning to take shape with a lot of new builds in process. Was no noise as they continue to build other similar properties around Villa Mika. Local staff was very helpful with suggestions and answering any questions we had. We really enjoyed the area and is in short driving distance to Dubrovnik, and Trebinje for any supplies you need during the trip. Would for sure stay here again."
