Villa Nancy is a modern designer villa with swimming pool near Vižinada in Central Istria.

With the special design, the dark green infinity pool, the quiet location on the edge of the village and the sauna and whirlpool overlooking the pool, it falls on among the other holiday homes in the area.

In the village itself, just a few minutes’ walk from the house, there is a pizzeria and butcher, in Vižinada is a shop and a cafe. The surroundings of Vižinada are well-known for wine roads, rural households and olive oil roads.



Holiday home for 8 people on two and a half air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sitting set, dining room and equipped kitchen, a double room with private shower/toilet and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine floor is a double bedroom with two single beds and a shower/toilet. The upper floor has a whirlpool and sauna in the hallway, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and private shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
