"Very welcoming and set in the historic center -or very close. Large, comfortable room, multi-lingual receptionist and excellent breakfast, much of which is home made/home grown, including the jams. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on this particular evening, but if breakfast was anything to go by I expect a dinner there would be equally delicious. If you are planning a visit in the Champagne area and want to have a true castle experience, don't skip this one! We had a room upgrade which was really nice. The room was spacious and the view on the garden was amazing!"

"This is a great budget hotel where they clean your room every day and the staff is super friendly. It is clean, quiet and well appointed. We had the family room with the bunk bed on top of our double bed. The room was small but manageable. The breakfast was good too. We parked our car in the street, no need to pay for their car parking. Definitely a place where we want to be back if we are in the area."

But to be honest - made up for by everything else being great!"

"Hotel best western very hotel in a good location We stayed for one night, the hotel communal area was a little warm, but it was a heatwave the A/C was very cool in the room, but our unit rattled a little, but not a huge problem. Our room was large with a large bathroom and amazing shower very quiet rooms. Parking opposite the hotel was easy to park in and convenient for the hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly small bar are. The hotel was very close to the town centre, a short walk up the hill, with plenty of shops restaurants and cafes."
