"This was a very nice place. Clean and comfortable. It was next to restaurants and a joined the national Museum. We were only there for one night, but I think it would’ve been a good location to be based to see other things in Naples."

"The flat was described with Kitchen but once there most of the equipment was not functional like the dishwasher it the oven What really disturbed me was that the water pressure was very low and now hot water was available so in the end I had to shower cold with only little water. "

"Angelo was very helpful and supportive. The staff were polite. They are trustworthy. There is a fantastic Pizza restuarant about 15 meters away. We had a safe in our room and we left our money and passports when we left the hotel. After contacting them, they retrieved the valuable and returned it to us which is great. I heard lots of negative things about thefts and condition in Naples but certainly they place is trustworthy. Please consider that this hotel is 2 stars and very reasonably priced , so do not compare to 5 star hotels. I will be more than happy to use this hotel if I go back to Naples. "

"Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went. Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English. There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day. We did the included breakfast and it was a buffet with many, many choices - breads, meats, fruit, eggs, espresso machines, tea, waters, and more."

"The front desk is amazing. They order taxis and assist with ideas of where to go and what to eat. The one thing that needs to be more honest is that there IS NO AIRPORT TRANSFER. It says there is on hotels.com but this is not true. The front desk can order you a taxi, but it's very difficult to do over the phone before you arrive. "

"The property is new and has all of the amenities you need in a room for a nice stay. Spacious and very clean. Shower was clean and spacious, only thing to keep in mind is that shower is separate from the toilet and has a clear door, if you are traveling with a partner or by yourself that is no problem, otherwise one person has to leave the room for the other one to shower. I was only one person so that was not a problem. The owner was very nice and helpful and gave me information of places to visit. The taxi had a hard time finding the place, they will leave you on the main road and then you have to walk to the entrance. As anywhere in Italy it is recommended to pack lightly because the is no elevator int he building. Location was great, about a 7-10 minute to the historic center with a lot of things to see. Overall great place to stay!"
