"Great place to stay, good location"

"The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

"Notre hôte nous a accueillies avec sourire et bonne humeur. Elle nous a montré les emplacements (dôme, cuisine, piscine …) et expliqué les fonctionnements. Ma petite fille et moi avons passé quelques jours très agréables. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’endroit, la discrétion, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sarah."

"We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. Breakfast was lovely, freshly baked breads, house made yogurt and jams, fresh squeezed OJ, local honey, ham and cheeses and fresh fruit. We enjoyed dinner at the Auberge...

"The host was so welcoming. He and his wife made us feel right at home. We immediately felt comfortable and like we weren’t just guests in their home but long time friends. Their hospitality was so appreciated. And the home made breads, yogurt, and preserves didn’t hurt either!! 😉 Highly recommend!"
