About this property

Luxury apartment one block from the beach in Praia de Itaparica.

  • The building is new and modern, with everything designed for you to have fun, work, and relax in great comfort. The apartment is spacious, with a sofa bed and mattresses in addition to the beds, measuring 68m2. It's near Santa Monica Hospital and on the beachfront. It's in a perfect spot on the beach with Bob's, a kiosk, and swimming in the sea. The TV has two new Smart TVs (43" and 32"), all working with YouTube, Netflix, etc. From May 27th onwards, we will only be able to accept reservations for groups of 4 people. Sauna and pool are available for guests.
