It’s okay

The hotel has great location! But everything inside is old and bathrooms are stained and dirty. Elevator is very slow. Garage is convenient but some areas too small. Very easy to scratch sides and bumpers.

The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and vibrant places such as bars and nightclubs. While the hotel's reception area was nice and well-decorated, I didn't feel welcomed upon my arrival. Initially, the receptionists weren't friendly or talkative, but fortunately, their behavior has changed throughout my stay. The rooms do have useful amenities like a microwave, fridge, sink, and stove, along with a comfortable bed. However, they need significant attention—showers, trays, sinks, mirrors, and toilet bins require updating. A full room makeover seems necessary. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of hot and cold foods. The ladies serving breakfast were exceptionally friendly, engaging with guests and providing excellent assistance. They truly deserve recognition or a pay raise. This hotel holds great potential to be one of the best in Vitória, but it requires significant internal renovations. I might consider staying here again, hoping that the owners take customer feedback seriously. It seems like they're not actively listening, which could significantly improve the overall experience

I first came to this hotel back in 2005 when it was part of the Mercure Group, and I immediately fell in love with the building, the staff, and the rooms. The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient. However, since the hotel disassociated from Mercure in 2005 and became Triangulo Apart Hotel, things have drastically changed. Unfortunately, the furniture and equipment in the rooms are still the same as they were nearly two decades ago, and there has been no evident maintenance done since. The cleanliness of the hotel has become a serious issue. Mold can be found in the fridge, the bathroom, and even in the shower tray. The small window inside the shower looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, making it quite unpleasant to use. The staff here gives mixed impressions. While some can be friendly and helpful, they are often absent and distant, making it feel as though they don't care much about guest satisfaction. The only positive aspect during my stay was the breakfast. The two ladies serving it were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making that part of the experience enjoyable. This isn't my first review of this place. Last year, I also mentioned that the room conditions were unacceptable, and unfortunately, nothing has changed since. My partner and I have decided that this will be our last stay here, as we will be opting for an Airbnb for our future visits.

Hotel is old, outdated, and dirty. There were clumps of hair attached to the comforter, towels were stained and smelled bad, even the coffee at breakfast had a funny taste. As if this wasn’t enough, they charged us a hundred dollars more at checkout because their “rates went up overnight.” Even after showing them the email confirmation with the correct rates, they couldn’t care less. This place is disgusting and run by crooks. Do not stay here.

A infraestrutura muito antiga deixou os banheiros difíceis para 60 anos. Uma queda, muito provavel, nas condicoes de entrada e saida do chuveiro seria desastrosa. Sempre que vou a Vitória me hospedo nos hotéis da cidade e já me acomodei em vários e um dos melhores custo benefício é com certeza o TRIÂNGULO APART HOTEL más desta última vez senti falta de carisma por parte da atendente logo no checkin e que também não atendeu a algumas solicitações feita por nós como por exemplo um quarto nos andares mais acima porque nos colocou no primeiro andar ou seja 4° e um dos quartos estava com o banheiro encharcado de água que estava vazando de algum lugar e não foram verificar. Outro ponto que é muito ruim é o estacionamento que é muito apertado para conduzir o veículo para não colidir com as paredes e estruturas do prédio. Gostaria de ressaltar um ponto positivo que é o café da manhã que é muito bom com muita variedade.
