"Being a 4 star hotel, our room was never at a comfortable level. The air conditioner was not turned on prior to our arrival. Even two star hotels anticipate a guest arrival. We could not get the room cool during the night so we did cut our reservation short and left a day early. The lobby is lovely. ..."
