"The staff at the Crowne Plaza are the crown in the jewel of this resort! Friendly, clearly love their job and go above and beyond. Special mention goes to Marlina and Jesé. Rooms were clean, service impeccable, the water was great and the food amazing. Timo our concierge was also great with coordinating taxis for our many expeditions. Only thing I would suggest improving is to make sure non smokers are not impacted by smokers. Designated smoking zones affected the comfort of guests especially near the pools."

"Great stay st the Wyndham Aug 17-24/2026!! All the staff were amazing, super friendly, professional, fun & soooo accomodating!! Breakfast was great ...omellettes/eggs cooked to order & lots of options to choose from & the dinners/theme nights, drinks were all delicious & reasonably price, Entertainment was great too!! Rooms are clean, well set up, housekeeping took really good care of us & we had everything we needed!! Would recommend 100%, Many thanks to all the staff for making our 1st time in Fiji a wonderful experience!! ❤️"

"The resort was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly….remembering all our names, taking time to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. The restaurants offered a wide choice of food. I would definitely recommend the outrigger for a family vacation."
