"The staff was amazing and the room was big and clean. It's a little less than 10 minute walk from the train station and about 15 minute walk from the port, so right in the middle. It's just a few steps off the main road and inside a building with other businesses in it. It's just up one flight of stairs or you can take the small elevator to floor 1. The area is nice and there are plenty of restaurants and shops along the main road. The water is just across the street and is a beautiful area to walk around. The staff really was the stand out for the stay, they explained everything to us and allowed us to keep our bags there the next day after check out because we don't board our cruise until the afternoon. They also can call to have someone take you to the port terminal for just 10 euro per person. I really enjoyed my night here and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Civitavecchia. "

"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo. I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"

"The staff from reception, housekeeping and breakfast were very friendly. Reception were really helpful and Gianni really helped us out. Our balcony had a really nice view over the promanade and sea. "

"It was beautiful and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful he made our navigation of the transit system seamless. The room was very nice ans the Balcony was huge ans the views were breathtaking 10/10 would recommend !The only con was the breakfast 24euro for coffee and donut was a lot. "

"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"
