The iron had gunk which burned a hole in the slacks I was ironing. Had to fill out a report and ended up getting some hotel credit for the hotel restaurants. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. She made the difference between 1 star and 3 stars.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Was not impressed that there was certain things not included in the room… no microwave, coffee pot or bathroom toiletries. A couple of the drawers in our hotel room were so tight they couldn’t be opened, and the bedside plug was so loose my charger would stay charging.
