It only had two elevators with 17 floors and one of the elevators was down the whole weekend we were there. It took over 15 minutes to get up to the breakfast at the 17th floor because of everybody trying to get there we were forced to have to use stairs multiple times to climb 17 floors, we were never told it was out we were never told we could get a discount due to that we were charged $40 a day for valet parking because there’s no self parking. Everyone was cramming in the elevators and it would stop at every floor just to close the doors to go up to the next floor and nobody could get in because it was already packed. I feel that there should have been a discount offered for the inconvenience and they never was

"Overall I really enjoyed my stay. We went down for dinner at the hotel. We were a party of 7 and the food took about 45 minutes. We were the only people at the restaurant. They said they were not expecting business? It was a Monday and we were starving. Other than that the place is nice."
