Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The reception staff were cold and unwelcoming, making check-in feel impersonal. A more friendly and attentive attitude would have made a big difference. The room seemed fine at first, but the bathroom had visible mold and a clogged sink that drained very slowly.
