The house is located on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 863 m2, and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 42 m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a well-kept lawn, a fireplace with a covered terrace next to the pool and 2 parking spaces. For those who prefer to spend their vacation in the not too warm months before or after the summer season, the pool can be heated on request.
