Private: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (15 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, tennis, patio (15 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises.
