Welcome to Villa Marija Prodan, an exquisite holiday home for up to 16 guests, offering both luxurious wellness facilities and stunning sea views. This villa is perfect for large groups looking for a peaceful holiday with all the comforts of home and more. Pamper yourself in the villa's lavishly equipped wellness area with whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, relaxation room and shower. Whether you are relaxing in the relaxation room or enjoying the heated pool outside, every moment here is designed for relaxation. The large terrace with seating and sun loungers is ideal for al fresco dining and soaking up the Istrian sun. The villa offers plenty of space for shared moments, with a spacious dining room and a communal area with a table and chairs for all guests, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Just a short walk from the villa is a private children's playground with a swing, slide and a small football pitch with artificial grass, making it an ideal retreat for families. Villa Marija Prodan is thoughtfully designed and offers both communal spaces and private retreats. It has two flats and four double rooms, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. The combination of modern amenities, breathtaking views and tranquil surroundings make this villa the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in Istria. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.

Vi är mycket nöjda med detta vackra hus. Ett mycket trevligt hus med allt du behöver. Det ligger väldigt trevligt ute på landet mellan vingårdarna. Endast ca 15 min bilresa från Porec där det finns allt du behöver. Stor fin pool och fint poolområde. Solen försvann lite för tidigt från poolen, redan vid kl 16.00 tiden börjar solen försvinna. Väldigt mysigt med jaccuzzin och bastun som vi trodde att vi inte skulle använda men det gjorde vi då det blev lite kyligt på kvällen och det var skönt att basta och hoppa i poolen. Det enda vi kunde önska var ett pingisbord eller biljardbord. Väldigt fina rum och välbehövligt med ac i alla rummen och fräscha badrum. Köken var bra men vi kunde behövt ytterligare ett kylskåp och en liten frys däruppe. Det var lite konstigt när vi kom hängde bara nyckeln i dörren och ingen var på plats. Först dagen därpå kom en man förbi och påpekade att vi inte kunde parkera där vi parkerat men hänvisade oss till en fin parkeringsplats bara ca 100 meter bort, men den kunde vi inte själv ha hittat. Ägaren hade lämnat flera vinflaskor till oss och framförde när vi frågade att de ingick och kostade alltså inget extra. Det var ett trevligt initiativ som uppskattades.

Die Vermieter waren wirklich sehr nett. Als Willkommensgruß, hatten wir ein paar Flaschen Wein im Kühlschrank und zum Abschied haben sie uns auch noch etwas geschenkt. Es wurde alles erklärt und eine Telefonnummer bei Fragen hinterlassen. Wir hatten mit drei Familien das ganze Haus gebucht. Da wäre eine weitere Waschmaschine manchmal ganz gut gewesen, aber ansonsten war es wirklich ein ganz tolles Haus. :-)

Nette, sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub
