Charming apartments Karmela are set 12 km from Porec and the sea.

On their own enclosed property of 200 sqm, guests have a dining table, barbecue, parasol and one parking space each at their disposal. The apartments are in the village Bacva, a quiet place where the inhabitants are mostly engaged in fruit and vegetable growing and wine production. Only 10-15 minutes’ drive away are various restaurants, shopping centres, cafés and the like.



Apartment Karmela II lies on the first floor, has a living area of 57 sqm and is suitable for 4 guests. It consists of living room with sofa bed for two children, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. Czysto, elegancko, urokliwe miejsce, bardzo miłe przyjęcie gospodyni obiektu z giftem w postaci znakomitego bialego wina, miejsce parkingowe na dziedzińcu tuz przy obiekcie, dobre położenie na wypady w różne miejsca półwyspu Istria. Niezwykle kameralna miescowość otoczona winnicami, zupełnie dobrze skomunikowana z ważniejszymi miejscowościami na Istrii. Z ikien pierwszego pietra widac morze. Polecamy.

Super schöne, komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung, schönes Geschirr und Besteck, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Nette Vermieter. Ruhige Lage,in 20-30 min per Auto am Meer. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in Visnjan, ggü die Pizzeria vivitius, wo es nicht nur Pizza gibt, ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Rundum zufrieden. Vorteilhaft mit einem Auto, da es etwas abgelegen ist, dafür sehr ruhig und zentral um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
