"This little guesthouse is located about a 5 minute walk south of the old bridge. It’s in a much quieter area… there’s a beautiful sitting area outside that has a view of the river, and even a small replica of the old bridge in the garden. Everything was clean, the staff was welcoming, and offered help wherever I needed it. Definitely worth the stay, and quite a bit cheaper than most of the properties I could see in the old town. Lovely place."

They only offer breakfast, and although the dining area feels a bit enclosed since they keep the curtains closed, the breakfast itself is varied and relatively complete. "Great location, right on the coast with easy access to the sea for swimming, chairs on the terrace and beach towels on request (but I noticed other guests didn’t seem to know and we were using their own). I didn’t check the rooftop swimming pool, because the sea is so amazing around here. Most rooms seem to have brilliant views. And there’s a great restaurant next door down by the water. The bed was comfortable though the air-conditioning was ineffective. Breakfast was a little underwhelming...
