"The hotel is very well located, pet friendly, beautifully maintained. The staff was amazing. We were eager to use the pool, and were told that it has been closed for years. I wish the pool amenity could be removed so people do not have the expectation of a good splash, but other than that the hotel is amazing, a great place to stay when visiting DC."

"Check in was easy. We took the shuttle to the Metro. It was very convenient. The room was very clean add breakfast was delicious. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly great experience. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay—they really set the tone from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. Valet parking was also a standout—quick, efficient, and very convenient. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While it was decent, the variety and overall presentation could definitely be enhanced to better match the quality of the rest of the hotel experience. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"Room was well maintained, staff was professional and helfpful with direct questions however, when we checked in (after midnight) the person had dozed off. They informed of us of the parking fee however, did not tell us about the additional parking if the (small lot) was full. We spent 30 minutes one evening driving around the block trying to find parking. When we asked at the front desk later about additional parking we were informed of the parking garage and back parking that we had no clue about. Overall a great stay, just some lack of communication."

"Make sure you ask for a room that has no odor coming from the new couch. Apparently they waited 6 months for delivery and they sat in boxes the entire time. I assume they must have gotten wet because ours smelled like dirty feet and the odor permeated throughout the room. "
