"this place should be replaced as its old I mean rooms stink no ice machines no staff to help and I felt like they just di dnt care. there must be 20 security people on hand got tired of having to use my room key to enter anyt hing including the elevator and half the time the room key wouldnt work. I called room service and there was no to help and they acted like the could care less"

"Thermostat is apparently designed so that the A/C doesn’t stay at the set temperature at night, resulting in uncomfortably hot room. Also, under staffed, check-in wait time can be long."
