Most convenient location

This is a small condo, very well situated directly in the beach. If you are going for peace and quiet, but access to the boardwalk, this is your perfect spot.

Top Notch Location and Experience

We had a great time staying here! The location was unbeatable (right on the beach + walking distance to the boardwalk), and the size of the space was perfect for two. We even saw dolphins from the balcony! Steven was an amazing host who made sure all the essentials were stocked.

The Perfect Location

This unit has a great location! Balcony overlooking a small lawn & then beach, so you can hear the water from there. Literal steps to get your toes in the sand. Perfect location at the end of the boardwalk, so not a ton of traffic & noise. If you enjoy quiet, you will love this space!

A beautiful beach side condo

Just steps from the beach. What I loved was the sea overlooking balcony where we chilled every evening. The location was great as well. Another positive was the communication with the owners, I had missed packing something and they sent it through UPS the very next day. I'll be using Steve's condo whenever I visit VB.

Perfect solo getaway

Had a really nice stay. Loved that it was right on the beach. Bed and couch were comfortable. Host was very communicative about everything and allowed me to check in early and check out late and even offered an extra night's stay if I wanted. I even got to see some dolphins on my last morning there. Liked that it is not far from First Landing State Park, too. Really great park to hike. Would definitely stay again.

Birthday celebration

My husband and I had a lovely time at this cute condo. It had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was awesome. We couldn’t find the parking space at first but got in touch with the owners and they helped us and checked on us later. We highly recommend this property. It made turning 71 not so bad:)

A Perfect Weekend Getaway

I needed some time away from the city to unwind and this spot was perfect! The ocean views are idyllic and the condo is cozy with everything you need to relax. Bed and couch were comfy, shower/tub were sparkling with great water temps and pressure, kitchen had all the necessities and great quality appliances. Steven was super easy to communicate with for check-in and check-out. I also loved this location with direct access to the boardwalk for long walks and close proximity to great restaurants, but still tucked away for peace and privacy. This spot will definitely stay at the top of my list for a return trip.

Nice beach front condo

Cute little condo which was perfect for the two of us! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching some dolphins play in the water as well. We were a bit worried that it would be loud at night but it really wasn't. It was a little light in there even though there are nice blackout shades so no night light was needed. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook one of the nights.

Short get away

The fact our place was not a 10 story hotel with the boardwalk and lights between the ocean and our room made this place ideal! We were the first place off the end of the boardwalk so there were minimal people walking by our place as well as providing a totally unobstructed view of the ocean. We didn't want lots of bells and whistles such as bars, restaurants, exercise rooms, etc. We did not see another place with such an ideal, relaxing setting as we were provided. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a similar experience!

My wife and I loved this Vrbo. Steven was an excellent host very quick with messaging. This was absolutely the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at as well. All the amenities you need there for you. Absolutely gorgeous view out on the patio as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Virginia Beach. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit!!

My wife and I come here every year for our anniversary, based on the reviews we decided to give this place a try, we’re so glad we did. From the host Steven, who had a balloon and anniversary card waiting for us, the cleanliness of the room, the oceanfront view and it was also on the quiet side of the beach. Everything was AWESOME!! The property was clean had great views of the ocean and was just perfect for my single child family we had a great time being able to walk to the ocean right out back and when the waves were a little more then we were ok with we just got in the pool just a completely fantastic stay we had an absolutely wonderful time and loved the condo we would definitely stay again and the sunrises were absolutely amazing
