Sandbridge Dunes Condominium's has a reputation as being a very clean and beautiful and won awards for its landscaping.
The Sandbridge Market is across the street and very handy for all your shopping needs. They have the best donuts in the area!
Several restaurant's within walking distance. The Sandbridge Island Restaurant and Simply Steamed are favorites!
Sandbridge Dunes is across the street and on a guarded beach!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Empty all the small trash containers in the bedrooms and bathrooms and take out to the dumpsters.
Please straighten the beach closet in the garageand hang the beach chairs and umbrella's in my beach closet.

This unit was everything you want in a vaca rental! Unit was clean and stocked, with plenty to keep you busy. The assigned parking spots were literally right inside the garage, with the beach closet to the right. The elevator was steps away. You couldn't ask for a better location- the beach was right across the street, as well as a little market and restaurant. Walmart and other stores are about 15 minutes down the road. Beach was never too busy to enjoy- we even saw dolphins!! It was nice to be right outside the action of VA Beach proper. Would definitely stay here again.

Unbelievably Perfect!

Perfect quiet location to walk to a few restaurants and not too far to drive to some great ones! Thank you for the beach wagon and chairs! Thought of everything here! Perfect girls weekend place. Beach super close. Easy directions and great communication! Very, very clean!! Will definitely come back!!

Great week in Sandbridge. Greg’s place had everything that we needed, which made packing for 5 much more manageable. Location was great, easy walk to the beach. Head to the market early for doughnuts!

Perfect little spot for our family. We have a 1.5 and 3.5 year old so convenience is crucial. Short walk to beach, market, ice cream and a little restaurant. Also, stocked with everything you need for the beach. Host was super attentive and very accommodating when I switched dates. We will be back!

Christmas Break Getaway

The property was amazing. Beautiful decor and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient. We have stayed at the Sandbridge Dunes before, but this unit was one of the best. We loved the loft and the pool table and foosball table up there too! Thank you! The Rudy Family

Such a great space for a family vacation!

This is the second time our family has stayed in this particular condominium building. This condo, however, was far and above the other ones I’ve seen. Updated, clean and fully stocked, all of our needs were met and more. The pool and foosball tables were an added bonus. The only issue we ran into was that the upstairs loft is a little warmer than the rest of the unit for sleeping. We will definitely book this unit for future Sandbridge vacations.

Great 4 bedroom condo, our second time staying here. Host Greg is the reason. Very responsive and accommodating. His locker unit is stocked with everything you need for the beach! Great deck on the condo, it was loved by all ages, from 2 years to 70. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

PERFECT VACAY

I must say this was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. How lucky we were! My husband, myself 2 kids (10&13) My cousin, her husband and 2 kids (16&13). We had more than enough room to all spread out. We had excellent contact with Greg, our host from the beginning. He even came out to the condo to ensure everything was ok for us and herecommended the best restaurant for dinner. The condo was beautiful. Very clean, well decorated, comfy beds and furniture. Water pressure was great. It had everything you could possibly need (and then some). The pool was wonderful, the beach was great and only a hop skip and jump away from us. Greg supplies anything you could need for a perfect beach day in the utility closet. 5 stars! Relaxation

My family and their friends wanted a place by the beach. This place did not disappoint. We had access to a variety of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and more to use at the beach. We took advantage of those items. The walk to the beach was across the street from the building. You could walk back and forth without any problems. They also had a pool right at the complex. You could sit around there and watch your kids splash in the water. It wasn’t a deep pool, but perfect for little kids and just sitting in it. Across the street they have a little market with many grocery items. We also got donuts freshly made in the morning from there. There were also a couple souvenir shops in walking distance along with a restaurant, subs, and ice cream right next to the complex. We utilized all of the places and were not disappointed. We did go to Virginia Beach, but we much preferred our area because it was quiet and not as touristy. It was more a family environment. As for the room, it was perfect for all 8 of us. The boys had the loft area which had a pool table, foosball table, tv, couches, full bathroom , and a bed for their use. In the main floor were two bedrooms and a bathroom to share along with the master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading. I would definitely come back again.

Beautiful Two-Story Condo

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Easily slept our group of 8 people. Greg was super helpful and easily reachable. Short walk to the beach. We loved not having to worry about losing a key! It was a beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again.

We love this condo!

Our second year at this wonderful condo. Clean and spacious. We love the pool and the view out back. Miss it already and hope to stay again soon. Owner is super responsive and helpful, too.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. We could not have dreamed up a better place to stay. From having all the beach equipment with easy access right at the garage to all the little things you hate to pack. We have 2 teenage boys and the loft was a perfect hangout spot for gaming and was out of the way of adult conversation. The balcony was great. Nice relaxed area with some cute shops and ice cream. The beach was amazing and clean and not over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Girls getaway

Wonderful condo and we really enjoyed our trip! A couple of issues. The pictures were misleading about the view. We didn't have a good view of the beach and water from our unit. Also toilets are too low for elderly persons to get up from. Would be a great unit for younger families.
