Salty Vibe-Resort Area-Virginia Beach

This property has new wood laminate flooring throughout and all new kitchen appliances. Large reclining chair and reclining sofa in the living room. Great view of the oceanfront area from the 3rd floor balcony. Situated in the heart of the Vibe District close to restaurants, brewery, shopping, and the art gallery. Close proximity to the beach. Three blocks to the VB convention center. Four blocks to VB Sports Center. Small breed dogs are okay with an additional $250.00 non-refundable pet fee.

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.

Extended Beach Stay - we loved it

We needed a place for 7 weeks while visiting our kids who were having a baby. The condo was perfect for the two of us dog. Daily walks on the boardwalk, easy bikes to Green Cat for lunch... coffee and ice cream are always available. Enjoyed our stay.
