Clean. Neat. Room we had came with fridge, microwave, cooking area which was helpful. We had balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. Hotel was located right on the beach strip and it was walkable to the various shops, restaurants, etc. Hotel was right on the beach so as soon as you go out the back/beach door we were steps from the beach. Absolutely loved the hotel and experience.

Breakfast was served very well excellent service Room needed attention on the bathroom cleaning Carpet needed clean around corners the Hotel needs attention everything special to keep clean outside table lobby pool area. Manager very nice service excellent person Housekeeping service she knock on the door I asked for a few minutes, she came back knocked yelling at me disrespectfully.

The front desk staff were amazing. The location is perfect for spending time at the beach and walking the boardwalk. Our room was very comfortable and had a great ocean view. Breakfast was good and having a kitchen and laundry facilities saved us a lot of money and hassle.

We had a suite, it was clean, although the pictures are a little deceiving, it was very comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen was perfect, had all the amenities needed for a kitchen. FYI if bringing your own coffee, the coffee pots are single serve and are the soft pods/pads. (Flat pod brewers.) The breakfast was delicious and had a variety to choose from. From eggs and bacon to fruit and waffles. The staff where helpful and amazing. Even the valet guys, they hustled to get our car at the last minute, in the heat and humidity. (You gents need a raise.) Balconies are small, seats about 2, but awesome views. To sum up our stay, we ended up booking one more night with them. Would definitely stay there again. Also it is an older hotel and pet friendly, don't expect it to be marbled floors and chandeliers.

Stayed a week for my birthday vacation. First two nights, saw small roaches in the kitchen at night and there was a leak from the utility closet. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner; we were moved to a different (cleaner) room and the maintenance person came within 15min to fix the leak. Other than these issues, the stay was 2.5 stars. Side note, housekeeping did not check on us at any point; had to request service via front desk.

Room was nice and clean to start, but AC didn’t work and wasn’t fixed properly until after 3rd night. Hot tub didn’t heat (colder than pool). Room was never serviced, in our 5 night stay I had to go to front desk for towels and even toilet paper. Will likely not stay here again.

The front desk receptionist wished my mother a happy birthday when we arrived (Juneteenth baby), and didnt know my brother had a gift set up in our room ready for her. A few hiccups because its during a busy holiday week & season. Only one elevator available to use & it was hectic pulling in the small parking lot, but thank goodness for valet. The view of the beach is beautiful from the balcony. Lively staff. If you do book here, arrive maybe a few minutes early if you can despite the 4pm check out so you can drop off/drive through easier (parking lot kind of small). There's not a lot of vegan options for breakfast (Maybe some fried potatoes, & fruit- im not vegan), so book a room w/ full kitchen (silverware and a couple pots & pans available w/ sink & dishwasher). As far as activities there's so much to do and see. And that spot in particular has a few restaurants literally across the street, and more that are a couple streets down on each side. The beach literally behind it as well as the boardwalk. They have plenty of pamphlets by the elevators to take and look through as far as restaurant coupons, minigolf, escape rooms, parasailing, dolphin crusies, trolleys, museums and so much more! There is another residence inn at the end of the boardwalk that is newer and more spacious, but this one was centrally located for easier access to boardwalk and shops. The breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Had ocean view and right next to Neptune statue. Was not noisy. Had a great stay!
