What we liked: the view, the weather, the beds. What we were unhappy with: Condo had not been cleaned at 4:00 checkin, after calling Vacasa, cleaners came 45 min. later, the left their bucket of supplies and vacuum cleaner, we let Vacasa know, but no one came to pick up; 1 lamp switch was broken, after reporting it, we were told it had been fixed, but they actually just moved it to a different bedroom; wifi password was incorrect, when we called, they did not know the right one, eventually we found it written on the back of a postcard; never received a gym card, when we called, we were reassured we would get it, 4 days later we were told to come to office to verify who were were to get the card; somehow our front door code was changed after a few days and it took hours for someone to come and let us in; kitchen-not enough drinking glasses, coffee mugs and I think there were only 3 spoons, also could use food storage containers. Overall, we felt management was to blame for all the negatives.
