How about expansive picturesque windows with stunning Ocean views from the Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Sunroom? Pour yourself a cup of Joe in the morning and head out to the East facing deck to experience one of the most incredible Sunrises on the Eastern Seaboard.

This large, trendy beach house comfortably accommodates up to 16 people. When you enter the home you are greeted by an abundance of hip & beachy chic decor. There are 5 spacious bedrooms on the main level of the home and a great kids loft bedroom on the third level. The kitchen is well- equipped for large family- style meals and the Great Room has a large, comfortable sectional sofa with bright accents. Everyone will love gathering in the garage game room in the evening for ping pong and pool! Who doesn't love a little family friendly competition! This home is vacation rental ready! The place was filthy, tiles lifting on kitchen floor, son-in-law cut foot, No ice machine, although 2 on location neither worked. Wanted to cook on gas grill it was full of grease and food, we couldn't use it. We found an electric skillet instead but 1st had to scrub it, filthy. many gadgets, frying pans, needed scrubbing. I took my own cookie sheets, so happy I did. Again, filthy. Loft was full of sand on the floor. Ceiling fans looked like they were never cleaned. Pictures must have been taken 10 years ago. Bedrooms were fine.
