Aptly named, “Coastal Charm” is exactly that! Enjoy this pretty beach cottage updated nicely with a large private pool, hot tub and an amazing ocean view. The view is due to the location across from one of the widest beach accesses in Sandbridge at Sea Scape Road. The entire top floor gathering area has wonderful ocean views. Bring your furry family members because “Coastal Charm” allows dogs, maximum of 2.

Inside tasteful updates include an updated kitchen with granite and stainless-steel appliances. Quality furnishings and appointments throughout make each bedroom and family space warm and inviting. Extensive deck on the front and back with plenty of seating gives everyone a spot to relax either enjoying the ocean view or watching the fun at the pool.

The pool area is an outstanding outdoor entertaining area. The 36 ft. by 12 ft pool is surrounded by expansive deck areas to include lots of quality furnishings, the hot tub, and a poolside bar. This will be your vacation destination every afternoon and evening! Located on a corner and surrounded by vegetation you can unwind in the private fenced pool and entertainment area with your family.

Located at the south end just minutes away from the local favorite bayfront restaurant Baja Grill and the False Cape Fishing Pier, playground, picnic area and kayak launches.

Top-Level: Great Room Samsung 55" Smart TV, Gas Fireplace, Desk/Work Area, Kitchen with Bar seats 5, Dining Table seats 4, Pantry, Dining Table Seats 8, Deck Access, Bedroom with Duo Bunk with TV; Full Hall Bathroom, King Bedroom with TV; King Master Bedroom with TV.

Ground-Level: King Bedroom with TV has Access to Full Hall Bath, Queen Bedroom with TV; Utility Room with Full Size Stackable Washer/Dryer, Full Size Refrigerator, Master Bedroom with Bunk Bed/Trundle and Twin Bed/Trundle with TV.

Additional Amenity Details:
Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026 and April 30, 2027 until October 15, 2027. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Family vacation

Coastal Charm had plenty of room for everyone and located perfectly in Sandbridge. Beach access was easy and very nice to visit. We’ll be back. Thank you from the Hoke family!
